Jamie Oliver Baking Sheet
This Jamie Oliver Baking Sheet is constructed from 0.6mm thick heavy gauge carbon steel giving even heat distribution. The baking sheet has a raised lip to make it easy to remove from the oven and also has a double layer of Quantum II non-stick coating on top and a Xylan coating on its bottom to prevent food from sticking.
Attractive duck-egg blue base.
Hand washing recommended.
Oven safe to 240°C.
